Dear sir,I am planning to construct First floor house (wall bearing load structure) with 1400 Sqft including Stair case room.One contractor ask me 1100rs/sqft with following specification: Doors =saal wood frame with flush door-8 no's windows=saal wood frame Glassshutter -12 no's Flooring =Tiles price 50rs/sqft(material cost) Can you please give me breakdown in % for each work as follows :structure,roofing,plestering,flooring,roof tile ,wood,and electrical? |
