 Topic: House estimate in 2000 Sqr Ft

Dear Sir,

I have a 4500 sq ft area I want to build a 3 BHK house in 2000 Sqr foot, currently I have only 10 lakh rupees. Please kindly assist me how I plan that I can build 3 bedroom/Kitchen/Bathroom and start living in the house and as the money comes in future make it better & better.

Today cost of construction varies between Rs. 1200 to Rs. 1400 sq. ft.
If you have 10 lakh rupees to construct the home, then you could only cover 700 sq. ft to 800 sq. ft. 

As per your requirement of 3 BHK, it is not possible to construct in the budget you have. 

You can build 2BHK with smaller rooms. The bedrooms size would be 110 to 120 sq. ft . and there will be one bathroom of 50 sq. ft. You can have separate toilet( 25 sq. ft.) and separate bath( 40 sq. ft.).  Also opt for one toilet bath( 50 sq. ft.) and toilet( 25 sq. ft.).  

You can have 150 sq. ft. living room . Kitchen would be 80 to 100 sq. ft.. Rest of the space can be used for lobby, store, passages, etc.

But third bedroom will not be easy to accommodate.
