Hi,
Could anyone provide a building plan for g+2 house for 180sqyards west facing 51 feet X 30 feet depth

1. Ground floor I want parking for a medium size car and 2 single bedroom rent purpose portions.

2.  first floor for my family use so this will be 2 bedrooms 1 with attached bathroom and one common bathroom with dressing area, kitchen with storage and utility room attached to it and a balcony from bedroom and another balcony from living room (hall), a pooja room.

3. second floor should be rent purpose 2 family portions with attached bathroom
