I am a non-professional (Civil/Architect) executive. I am planning to construct a house over a piece of land with size 28 ft with x 50ft depth having east facing adjacent to bye-road (Lane). I wish to construct the house in two portion ground and 1st floor having scope to further raise in the future. Ground floor should consist of one porch for car parking and other two wheeler, one hall, kitchen room pooja room, bed rooms with attached toiletsplz suggest for action |

Join date: Feb 2014 | Dear Sir, With the size of the plot given, your necesites can be fulfilled. Provided as you are planning for the future expansion with two floors at present, Its better to consult an Structural Designer.
