I am building a 2 storeyed building. I have a Main wall which is adjacent to a existing house.

My wall is exactly at my border and there is a Gap available from the next plot. The Gap between my wall and the neighbour is less than 2 feet. I need to plaster that side, however the owner of next building is not willing to allow. Currently its all finished inside however the outside wall does not have plastering. I am concerned that if rain comes it will result in seepage.

Is there a solution for this.

If you can give me your mobile number I can call you. My contact number is 919866232857.

Thanks and Regards

yes, the solution is , either you should make this gap to 4' instead of 2' so that manual plastering can be done, or otherwise , put a polythene sheet, benethe the plaster , it will do.

Quite a difficult situation .Less than 2' is quite narrow for a person to plaster  The only thing possible is to arrange a person who can put a layer of taarcol to prevent seepage
