 Topic: I have plans for buying a Plot of 30*56 East Facing and construct in an area of 1300 Sq Ft with 2 bed room according to Vastu.
I am planing for above house in Hyderabad Dammaiguda (towards East Hyderabad). I am about to finalise one plot with above dimensions. But i have doubt regarding the plan and construction cost.

Whether above dimensions are suitable for a good plan with 2 BHK with Car Parking? Construction Area suggested by contractor was 1300 sq ft with proper space left on all the directions.

Also, the contractor has quoted a construction cost of Rs. 1100 Per Sqft. He promised to use quality materials and good construction standards such as Marble flooring, Teak Wood Main Door, Lappam Finish, etc., Whether the price quoted is reasonble or not.

Finally what are the measures i should take before finalising the contract.

     The construction cost can be calculated with the help of plan of the building.It is advisable for detail estimate which gives the quantity and cost accurately. See link below
