I have selected a plot which has road on north and south sides of the plot. Is it a good idea to buy? Are there any remedies if any? please reply. Thank u |

Plots having road on opposite sides are OK plots. You need to consider the slope of the roads, while buying a plot. The slope should be from South to North or West to East.
If this plot is for investment sake in that case forget Vastu consider the appreciation of the plot only.
Vastu (Land) only affects the owner when he is staying there else it hardly matters.
