I have to build on first floor, i have to take out 3 rooms,bathroom ,kitchen with a balconi.can u please suggest the vastu. how to make it.

Try making bedrooms in the South and West..and the bathrooms in the North West.Simply avoid making toilet ,kitchen in the North East.Balcony would be best in the North or East.The final plan can be made only after knowing the facing of the plot and the ground floor plan...All the best
