I am posting the exact specifications of the plot. I attached a picture. Hope it makes it easier to understand.
The plot is West facing to the road. The total area is 251 Square yards.

Dear Sudeep,
Go For a basement for Car Parking or a floor with height of 8 ft. for Car Parking and then 1st floor for rent and 2nd 7 3rd for your own. In Delhi ,there are many constructions ongoing with ground floor with height of 8 feet for car parking.

Join date: Aug 2010 | I would like to have some designs for the exterior part of the house. When I am building 2 floors, I want the 1st and 2nd floor to have a uniform structure from outside.
Please have a look at the picture attached. In the picture if you have a look at the 1st floor (with the protruding block window) , I want the same first floor design on the second floor with the block window in the exact opposite side. And the entrance on the other side. Is that feasible with the overall look of the house ?
I am not looking to make the 1st and 2nd floor as a duplex. I want to rent them individually, but the overall look of the house from outside should look uniform.
If anyone could supply some pictures of houses with the window block style or modern look , that will be great. | | | | |
