|  Topic: I need labour cost to be paid to contractor for construction of a 1200sq ft hous
I need labour cost to be paid to contractor for construction of a 1200sq ft house in Bangalore. I have contacted one person and he is charging Rs22/ sq ft including foundation, wall and RCC.I will buy and provide him all materials required and these are only labour charges.Is this price correct or expensive. He has also said that we have to pay him for 200sq ft extra that is for 1400sq ft for construction of slabs above windows. Please confirm whether its the same market price and do I have to pay for 200sq ft extra for slabs. |

It is not clear that you have written the labor charges as Rs 22-00 per sft or 221-00 per sft. As enquire about extra area of projection on windows, so the area of projection from outer face/surface of wall is payable @ 50% of the building rate. | | |
