Your question in the forum is not clear. The details of quantity of various items calculated in detail estimate for which drawings of the building is necessary to calculate details estimation.

I am planning to build a bunglow of around 2500 sq. ft. having 2 floors and parking in Pune, what could be the construction cost, furnishing cost and total estimation of the project?

The cost of the building / house can be calculated with
the help of plan, elevation, section and structural drawing of the
building and the specifications adopted during the construction i.e.
type of flooring, type of wood used etc. Gharexpert.com website has
facility for preparing detail estimate you can see at the link give
