I would like to construct building with Earth quake resistence

Earth Quake Resistance building is basically a  RCC framed structure building 

having  reinforced cement concrete  footings , columns  , beams and roof.

The columns and beams are tied up at Plinth Level , Roof Level and some times 

at Lintel Level [ Tie beams ]

Outer Peripherial walls are mostly 230mm thick Brick / Block / Stone walls and  internal partition walls are generally of 115mm thick thickness.

The design of the building has  to be got done from the registered Structural Engineers with their certification for its structural stability.
