Hello All, someone must have reliable and accurate information on labour rates for non-engineered construction, I hope?

I am doing a cost analysis of earthquake resistant types versus non-quake proof for Nepal. I need figures for labour output for rubble stone, hand-mixed concretes and mortars, hollow cement block walls, milling quantities, mixing, hauling, carrying, roofing and so on.

I do have some figures such as this commonly seen list, but I need to cross-check it. Also I am looking for the original source of this:

Another source is IS7272, but this does not really refer to non-engineered.

So please can you help me? Thank you very much in advance!

       In my opinion it is  better to take help from Analysis of Rates use in CPWD and these rates are carp orated in Delhi Schedule of rates 2002.
