The rates of RCC is derived with the cost of cement, coarse sand, coarse aggregate i.e. bazri or stone chippings 6mm to 20 mm, labor for centering and shuttering and also include the hire charges of shuttering required for the component to be constructed. It also include the cost of MS steel used.
The materials used in RCC is depend on the ratio used i.e. 1;2;4 or 1;1.5;3 so on.Quantity of steel is different in each component such as in column, beam, slab and facia etc. The rates of material is also differ from city to city.
So calculate rate as per detail given above by applying your city rates of materials.

Can you let me know what will be probable cost per sq feet for parking shed
1) with good material
2) with avg material
in Maharashtra

Pleas tell us what type of roofing material of shed you want to lay i.e. galvanized iron sheets or AC sheets or plastic sheets,height of shed and size of shed and any side of shed is covered by brick wall.All the specifications are related with cost. Better if drawing is framed.
