1. Architectural Services:

Architectural service of the house which includes the following:
• Site plan
• Floor plans
• Foundation plan
• Foundation details
• Basement drawing
• Basement details and waterproofing solutions
• Terrace plan

• Elevations.
• Toilet details.
• Kitchen drawings.
• Internal details such as Staircase, mumty etc.
• Door / window Schedule.
• Details of boundary wall and gate.

2.  Electrical Services:

• Drawings showing the position of electric fan, exhaust fan, tube light, bulb, power plug and switches etc.
• Position of inverter and electrical motor pump etc.
• Drawings showing the whole conduting and wiring network.
• Bill of Quantities for the whole electrical works.

3. Plumbing Services:
 
This service will include the following:
• Layout drawing showing the position of washbasin, sink, W.C. seats, shower, bathtub and overhead tank etc.
• Plumbing drawings which will include the network of laying of the pipes.
• Water supply and sanitary ware details.
• Bill of quantities for the whole work.

4. Structural Services:
 
This service will include the following:                       
• Structural drawings showing slab reinforcement details.
• Drawings for foundation of columns, walls and arrangement of steel bars in beams.
• Preparation of detail estimate for the whole building.

You have asked about the cost of our services. Actually it is totally dependent on which service client wants to avail? How much the total area is? How many floors he wants to build? There are lot more question which needs to be answered before telling the cost. Cost varies as per the project requirements.
