Vitrified tiles are some of the most durable materials produced in the Industry. They are of the "non-porous" variety. This material will out last you and the home. Now with the Marble it is a Natural Stone and there will be no two pieces alike anywhere.
Marble on the other hand is NOT man made and even years later you can find material that is very close to what you installed even years before. Marble floors demand regular maintenance and quite expensive than vitrified tiles.
