Actually cost of modular kitchens depend on the various factors such as
1) Branded or Local 2) Material 3) Area of the Kitchen
Now there are pros and cons of for choosing the local or branded.
Pros and cons of Branded kitchens:
1) Very Expensive 2) May not use the durable material 3) Design kitchens according to international cooking style 4) Must get the 100% workmanship in finishing as they use the machineries to make the kitchens.
Pros and cons of kitchens made by local manufacturers:
1) Very Inexpensive 2) More chances of getting the durable material 3) Design kitchens according to Indian cooking style 4) would not get the workmanship in finishing as they have a manual process to make the kitchens.

In this context i would also like to know about the main doors & windows.
We are planning to buy teak wood for this. I see so many varieties of teak wood is available in the market. Which one to choose & the advantages in choosing the same.
Also whether to paint the doors and windows or to go for the polishing them & the adv & disadv for the same.
This would help me a lot in this wooden section.
Thanks & Best Regards

Hello sir,
Teak wood is a better option than other for doors and windows, as teak is a hardwood and popular for its durability and long life.
About paint and polish you should go for the polish as I think because when you are opting the teak, the polish is better as it doesn't overlap its neutral surface.

As commonly used today, the term kitchen cabinet denotes a built-in kitchen installation of either a floor or a wall cabinet. Typically, multiple floor cabinets are covered by a single counter and floors and walls are not accessible behind and under the cabinets.A single piece of furniture incorporating storage and work surfaces. | |
