Topic: Kitchen in North East

Dear Forum Members,

I would like to buy a flat in Bangalore south. One real eastate agent shown me one flat which is having Kichen in North East direction. Not exactly in North East corner but 4 feet away from NE Corner. Since the kichen is located 4 feet away from the North East corner, can we say that the kitchen location is as per vastu?. Other rooms & bath rooms, halls are all as per vastu. Can any one suggest wether should i buy this flat ? or not?. In the 4 feet east of North East corner, there is Water tap, Wasing sink

sabina vanjani Join date: Mar 2008	Dear Mr Murugan, The area from North - East has North.North.East, North.East, North.East.East and East. The kitchen has a big area so it cannot accommodate in 1 quadrant. It will stretch out to other quadrants as well.So it could be that the gas burners come in NEE and the remaining kitchen comes in NE. This will make the kitchen heavy and cluttered. Kitchen in this corner will may create the unwanted trouble for occupant. We suggest to make a nine equal part of North -south length towards east zone.
