Hello..! Sarojini, The new brick work required curing minimum 10 to 15 days,in your case ,the centering was started on new brick walls,it may be one of its reason...Kinly take help of local Civil Engineer / Architect , who can guide you after seeing site conditions....Regards. | |

Join date: Mar 2008 | Dear Sarojini It is not clear that you have seen cracks before removing shuttering or after removing the shuttering. In my opinion the cracks develop during laying shuttering plates, ballies and battens by rough handling. Consult your mason and do the repair.

Shutters are not yet removed..we are able to see the cracks below lintel bricks at 2-3 places..as nails were hit even before the bricks were set..architect says while plastering they can pack the cracks..is it sufficient..if not what additional steps need to be done.. | |
