 Topic: Layout cost
I have a plot of 40X25 where I am planning to construct Ground floor. but the roof will be exteded by 2 ft in front and 2 feet at the back.. o the area will be 40X29.

How Engineer will calculate the cost per sq.ft 40x25 or 40x29 ( please note only roof will be extended)

        For calculation purpose the area of extended portion will be counted a s 50%.
