 Topic: Legal construction inquiry
Hi,

I have 1200 sq ft of land which is N.A. in Amravati, Maharashtra, On this land i will get fsi of 2.5. I would like to build 3 story building (2 bhk on every floor )for selling purpose. 

My question, is selling of such 2 bhk units to individuals is legal (on the plot area that I have)? 

Do i need to take any sanction letter from authorised party ?

Any information related to same will be deeply appreciate.
