Join date: Oct 2015 | Thanks for reply.Please re-check, It is simple construction, for 10-12 years. It is for lobor coloney or student's lodge type. Please re-check. I am expecting Rs400-450 psf in total because of mud use in wall brick jointing. normal flooring.

Join date: Oct 2015 | This will be a labor camp. Common W/C & bath room Only hand pump. general electrical wiring with three points in each room. 01 there will be only Panna Flooring.02. No plumbling (Only Common W/C & bath). Only hand pump. 03. Brick works with mud (So that bricks can be used, when we break this construction after 10-12 years). 04. Above the brick work. Plaster of cement/sand (Thin & low gread). 05. Temporary construction for 10-12 years. 06. After that we will break the construction and sell the land to builder. 07. Slab will be girter patti type. Cheap and best for temporary construction.

I am looking for temporary structure for 10 years. After that will recover the bricks ......some money will be recovered.with steels and bricks.
