My plans are to build a single storied house with 2 bedrooms. Do i need to buy TMT's they are costly compared to others. I want to build economically.

       Tmt steel  bars have approximately 25% more strength than plain MS Steel. You should see the strength  not the cost. we require less quantity of tmt  bars in roof in comparison of plain steel bars.
