|  Topic: My plot is 5 feet below the road level. Will fill it up with sand after the foun
My plot is 5 feet below the road level. Will fill it up with sand after the foundation. How much foundation do we need to dig ? Plot size is 30 X 75. Also, what should be the ideal footing size for a 15 inch pillar.I am constructing one and a half floor. But in future there can be 3 floors in total.Your timely reply will be appreciated |

Join date: Mar 2008 | Dear Sir, You can fill it with sand do proper compaction in layers. Dig foundation 2 feet deep at least.The size of foundation of pillar 5'x5' at least. | | |
