To calculate the estimated cost of house construction, you have to mention covered area of plot. Costs of material vary from area to area. So, please also mention city in which you want to construct house. Providing cost estimate of house is a paid service that can be ordered by sending a request to support@gharexpert.com. 1. Architectural Services:
Architectural service of the house which includes the following:
• Site plan
• Floor plans

• Bill of quantities for the whole work.
4. Structural Services:
This service will include the following:
• Structural drawings showing slab reinforcement details.
• Drawings for foundation of columns, walls and arrangement of steel bars in beams.
• Preparation of detail estimate for the whole building.
