My slab plaster is spilling and reinforecement is little wrotten,i try to plaste

             You should clean the defective surface by wire brush than cure it properly. After this apply cement shulary on the concrete surface and apply the cement coarse sand mortar 1:4 and finish the plaster surface. In no any case fine sand and silty sand should not be used. You should take help from website gharexpert. com construction section with the article cracks.

You can try the solution suggested by Mr. Gupta. If that does not work for you then you can do the following:

Clean the surface with wire brush and then do pressure grouting.You can contact any local contractor for the job. In this process the grouting mix slurry is forced into the cavity with pressure and sets quickly.

After that you can cover it with plaster of paris and give it a good finish.

That would surely work for you
