Need the Deatiled Land/Cost/Material Estimate for Marriage Function Hall

       I have gone through your website and found very interesting. I think this a very good place to get valuable information and help.

We are planning to construct a A/C wedding hall in Andhra Pradesh (Near Kurnool). Capacity of the hall should be around 400 people and it should have atleast 6 to 8 guest rooms, Kitchen and dining hall

Need the estimate for the required land to accommodate the above request and the cost estimate including the Centralized/de-centralized A/C unit. along with other things for kitchen and dining hall

My initial expectation of the hall area is around 10 Cents. but please provide all your advises and cost and material estimates.
