I want
to start house construction from scratch in new BMRDA approved layout. I
wanted to know if there are any organization in Bangalore (preferably
near electronic city,Anekel, narayana hrudalaya ) who offers complete
package a-z works starting from design,plan approval and building
construction till completion at affordable rate and time-line.
Most of the time i travel outside Bangalore due to my movable jobs.

Still construction work require lot of supervision whether you hire a builder for a-z or you hire expert for individual tasks.
You should hire a trustworthy person or a person from civil background( retired persons from civil background ) for the supervision of site. He could check the site work, stock in and out, quality of material, etc.
Building a home is a lengthy task and require lots of effort to produce quality product. So, it is not possible to depend on single unknown entity. Actually builders are not that professional.
You should hire expert for every individual task so that some of the task could be fault free. | | |

Thanks for your advice & suggestions.Yes, you are right, builders are not that professionals.At beginning they pretend to be ... but once customer start depending on them, they forget the deal & work.Why only builder almost every one does same once they know your weak points.Still I hope to get right people.
