Please let me know the cost for
the below
1) External staircase with 19
steps 3 feet wide for the ground floor house the staircase have basement same
as portico and one pillar for staircase landing. There no headroom there is no
handrails. I am going for SS staircase and I will bear the cost for it
separately. I suppose it should be less than the building Sq.Ft rate = 19 x
3.25 = 61.75 x 400 = Rs. 24700
2) Cost for septic tank some
say it will be charged on litre capacity e.g. 12 rs then 12 rs X 6000
litre = 72000 rupees = the min would be 10 Rs/Lt. = Rs. 60000
3) Cost over head tank SLAB
(4X4) height 3 feet on the corner of parapet wall with a
supporting pillar made of brick. Its only slab as I have sintex tank. = 4x4 =
16 x 400 = Rs. 6400
4) Already compound was present
so Increased the compound height by 1 Sq.Ft on backside which is 30 running Sq.Ft. Moved
front compound main gate by 10 feet to right side so 10 feet compound wall of 6
sqft height and 10 feet wide it has basement already. Then 2 new compound
pillars of 1.5 Sq.Ft dimension height 7ft with basement. = 7x1.5 = 10.5 x
400 = Rs. 4200
5) Cost for Ramp for car park
height 4ft sloped to road wide 10 feet’s below it 4X10 for collecting was water
this is not plastered as the water needs to be drained/observed. = Rs. 4000
6) Cost for car park/portico has
been said will be same price of the building Sq.Ft rate in this case I assume
it should include the car park tiles also. = Yes
7) Cost for elevation Arch
design in portico measuring 3 ft max to 1 ft min from ceiling. Area is 30
running Sq.Ft = Rs. 36000
8) What will be the cost for
floor tiles and bathroom tiles for contract signed in June 2014. I have it for
40 rupees for floor tiles and 30 rupees for bathroom including transport. When
I checked in shop there are no branded floor tiles available less than 52
rupees. = you have to buy imported tiles of size 1x 1,5 for walls and 2x2
