 Topic: New House Construction
What would be the average cost in Mysore for building a new duplex house of 30 Squares ( 20 squares in the ground & 10 Squares in the 1st floor)? I want go for medium class.

Please let me know. Thanks

        The cost of construction depends on drawing of the building,  specification used in construction and type of building i.e house, office, store etc. It also depends on the rates of raw materials in the construction area.However for general specification the rate may be from Rs 10000-00 to 12000r sqm.and so on.

Join date: May 2014		It will cost you around 1500/sq.ft. in best material. The costing can be reduced depending upon the material you select.
