I am planning to re-construct my house (Ground + 4 floors) at the end of this year. The area and my requirements are given below.

1.       Area 17x34 ft.

2.       3 side covered by buildings and only one side open (East facing).

3.       Ground floor requirements

(e)   Stairs on the left

(f)     1 shaft for kitchen and toilet ventilation.

4.       1^st floor requirements

(c)    Shaft for toilet ventilation.

5.       2^nd floor requirements

(a)    1 hall
