I am planning to constuct a new home of 1430 sq.ft in.( 22 x 65) in chennai with below specifications. It will be two portions of 2BHK and 1 BHK
1. The depth of foundation 6 ft and 4 ft above the ground level with 16mm TMT.
2. Main doors and all three bedrooms doors will be fully teak wood.
3.8000 ltr RCC sump with tiles
4.6000 ltr sewage tank
5. Bore with motor and overhead tank
6. Vertified tiles(anuj, somany orent bell)
6a. 7ft dado in bathrooms, Granite slap in kitchen
7. All electrical wiring will be kundan/orbit
8. Temp Head room with sheets and Step tiles
9. Windows will be 2nd quality padak with glaze mirror and grill
10. All bedrooms and kitchen will have open loof
11. Terrace will have weathering compound and cement mortar
Can anyone tell me what will be appox cost for per sq.ft
12. All walls and windows will have combi of 3 coats of painting(enamel and premier)
