|  Topic: North East Corner Cut of the Proposed Plot
Hi,
attached is the Plot Diagram along with the directions mentioned in it. here the plot's North East Corner has been cut. We are planning to buy an apartment (2BHK). So please suggest me whether we should go further to purchase it? the DOSHA of being northeast cut will affect me and my family. this plot has been reduced from northeast and our proposed apartment is towards west. So please suggest. |

Hello Anoop,
There are multiple things that you have to understand, rather than just avoiding to buy any property. Typically in apartments there is nothing that you can control, Neither the Plot, Nor the building shape. The Cut that we are talking about how proportional it is. If we go mathematically, the portion that is cut is hardly 5% of the total area. Secondly the flat that you are planning to buy is on the west side. So people who are staying on the east side of this building are more subjected to defect in this direction.
On what floor you are buying this flat is also important, Because if you choose a property which is perfect in every sense, and there are mobile towers adjacent to your balcony, in that case the vastu is good but the enviornmental energy (Tower Radiations) are going to effect you.
Also you have to look at the convenience of this residence, How near it is for your kids school, market, office, utilities etc.
