Hello..! Satya. in my view, your planning need be to rearranged, on G.F. Kit and Bed Rm can be interchanged with due arrangements for toilets towards SW,W and NW. similarly on F.F. try to keep toilets of Maser bed rm. towards NW. position of stairs is an important item in duplex planning,plz check it, you have not mentioned size of plot so its not clear about set back all around..Kindly take help of Vaastu consultant to refine your quarries.and remedies .....regards | | |

Sir,
We are having 19'x65' North east facing plot.
We want to build a Pooja Room, 2 Bed room, 2 Bath room, 1 Store
and drawing-cum-lobby with sufficient space for Car Parking.
If possible please provide suitable drawing with Vastu.
