 Topic: Only bath room and not a combined bath and toilet

I am planning to have pooja room at the north east corner of the house.  Then on the left side i.e. towards west side of the pooja room and adjascent to the puja room I am planning to construct bath room alone for washing purpose.  This is not a toilet.  Can I construct like this?

pl. guide me.
