      I M SABA KHAN AND N WE HAD JUST FINISHED OUR CONSTRUCTION FR NEW HOME , NW ITS THE TIME FR PAINT FR MY HOUSE ....................
           PLZZZZZZ HELP ME WHAT SHOULDI DO FR 1ST STEP , SHOULD I GO FR WHITECEMENT ON THE WALLS B'FR PAINTIG OR WALL CARE PUTTY WHIC ONE IS MORE ECONOMIC & RIGHT FR THE 1ST TIME PAINTING WALLS

 Dear Saba Khan

        On new wall you can go with wall putty but care should be taken that there should be no any dampness. For painting precautions you should visit website gharexpert.com painting section where you can find lot about painting. For ready refrence see the link given below.
