Sir,
I want to build a house with a Carpet Area of 600 Sq.Ft. and would like to ask the following question.
1. My plot is 1420 sq. ft with a size 26' X 54'
2. The side margins are 15' in front and 10' on back side and 7.5 ft on one side. There shall be one common wall.
3 There is a Black cotton Soil and I will have to do piling for 24 to 26 feet down. Total Columns to be taken is 24 Nos. Also for Compound also I have to do pile foundation.
4. I want to do a Parking Lot and a House like a duplex house with a 1 bhk construction on 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor.
5. I want to construct only 1200 Sq.Ft. out of 1400 sq.ft.
6. I want to make 1st and 2nd floor Independent so that these floors can be used independently. In case if I want to give the construction on 2nd floor on rent I should be able to rent it out.
I would like to know the cost/estimate for
a) Piling work 24-26 ft. down with a 24 Columns.
b) Construction of Parking Lot of 600 sq.ft.
c) Construction of 1st Floor i.e. 600 sq. ft.
d) Construciton of 2nd Floor 600 sq.ft.
e) I expect Medium quality construciton
