Join date: Feb 2015 | Ground floor is 7 to 8 year old. First floor is 2 year old.
The pillers are built outside the building and with beam on the top. Over which firstfloor is constructed. How ever the pillers are not passing in the first floor building.
We would like to know the life of building in such case. (How many years we can expect the life of the building),

In my opinion it is better if you take advice from any local civil engineer of your city/ town, who can give better advice after inspecting the building personally at the building site.
