 Topic: Plan for a odd dinmension site

Dear sir,

 

I have a odd dimesion 25ft*62ft , west facing site, 25 ft is facing  road

can you please give me the sketch of the plan according to the vaastu

specs a 3 BHK duplex house on the slilt floor (which we want to be vacant for parking) and staircase for the first floor

Dear Kamal

Your plot is 25*62 ft west facing which is greater than 1:2 and you want to build a duplex house. Vastu do not recommend duplex house construction as it do not meet the principles of Vastu. A simple house is to build on that plot.

My plot is west facing with width 24+33.5/2 and legth is 59+60/2. We are planning to construct 3 BHK with stilt..if any body have west facing house pla ..pls share
