Dear Narsimha, The planning of upper floors depends upon the Ground floor plan of the building, because it is the Base. The G.F.Plan Shows the Position of walls,Number of columns, Position/location of Kitchen,Toilets,Open space, Septic tank, Drains ,Water supply or bore well ,Entrance, Parking etc.Kindly go for a planning accordingly by qualified local Architect/Engineer. A good plan can effectively reduce the cost of construction. You have planned for a simple house 1bhk within 650 sqft. it may cost about 7 to 8 lakhs...regards. | | |
