Dear pooja,
Many people think that west facing shops are not good but it’s not true. So many west facing shops can be seen getting high profit. We just need to consider about the sitting corner of the owner. Here are few tips one can implement in west facing shops:
1. Owner of west facing shop should seat in southwest corner and construct flooring slope from west to east and from south to north direction. Sitting west-facing or south-facing may bring loss and may create troubles.
2. Owner should seat on chair facing north or if north is not possible then owner may sit facing east direction.
3. In north facing seat cash box must be placed in left-hand side and if seating is east-facing then it should be on right-hand side. Box face will be east or north direction.
4. As you have mentioned that it is a garment shop then keep length of cloths in south direction.
5. Try to keep cash box in north.
6. Wall of shop must be painted in white or pink.
These are few ideas, you may implement in your west facing shop to bring profit and happiness.

For West facing shops, the shop owner should sit on the elevated seat at the South-west side only. The other directions are not useful for the shop owner. Some of the shop owners sit in the North-west corner for the sake of convenience, but it is not recommended in vastu. The shop owner should face East or North direction while doing business. The cash box should be kept, as explained earlier. When you are constructing two shutters, you can use both the shutters at a time or use the North-west shutter for doing all business. The idols or pictures of Gods should be kept at the North-east side and worshipped there. But, those cannot be kept at the backside of your seat (South walls). The cement platforms or benches can be constructed at the South-west side and things can be kept there. The steps can be constructed at the Northwest-West side and can be used for entering into the shop.
