Please send me a house plan for a land 30ftx30ft.It will be two storied.GF will be garrage,1stfloor will be kitchen+living + dinning,2nd fl will be 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms.I want to make it Duplex type with inside stairs.

Dear Sir,

You have land of 900 sq. ft. and you want to construct g+2. The
requirement that you had mentioned is very much possible to plan.
First floor would be pretty spacious with kitchen, living and dining.
Second floor could be planned with 4 bedroom and attached bathrooms.

Please hire professional for planning the space.
