Join date: Sep 2012 | you forgot to show north direction as per your statement , your plot has road on east side for full length this is very good feature even otherwise, road at SE corner is also OK, as the road is coming from east. you can safely go for a house in it

Dear sirs,
I bought a North facing plot (2200 Sqft) in Kerala. This is a corner plot and roads on the North and east side. I would like to built 1 bed room, 1 dinning room, 1 sit out, 1 drawing room, 1 car porch, 1 kitchen, 1 small store room, 1 toilet and a staircase. I would like to use only 700 sqft to built a home. I would like a rectangular or square shape of my home. Could you please suggest plan and directions as per vastu.

Is this plot for a rowhouse (Common walls) or a independent bunglow. Also are there any constructions in adjacent plots.
