Thanks to all for taking time out to address my question. I just uploaded the plot picture, please refer attachment and comment. Please note that
1. The entrance is from the East, with East facing 35ft and the West side 42ft
2. Length is approx. 60ft
3. Am planning to construct perfect rectangle of 30*40ft Ground+First floor
How does the plot as per Vastu?
Also since I am NOT going to construct anywhere near/in the projection area does it make it OK as per Vastu?
If it' a concern just cordoning off the wedge and making it perfect rectangle of 35*60 help.
Or please suggest remedial action also.
Thanking you in advance | | | |

After making the plot rectangle, plant Bamboo in the NW excess area. NW is governed by Wind element and Bamboo would be best at this side. Bamboo you can use in combination with other plantations too.
