But in your plan bathroom is in the worst location , Please change it to north or north west. The best location of pooja room is north, north east or east. So, you should change the location of the bathroom.
Please keep in mind while changing the location, pooja room and bathroom should not be adjacent to each other.

Pooja room is assumed to be clean place in home, as bathroom or toilet is considered as wet and unhygienic place therefore try that both room doors are not in front of each other. Keep your bathroom wall tiles and floor tiles clean and dry. if can't change the room position then place a patter nation in between these to hide the pooja room. | | |
