Query if the plot size is good for constryuction

Dear Sir

I have a plot with width of 38 feet and 120 feet of depth. While construction can be done, wanted to check if 38 feet of width can be suitably used against 120 feet depth (or vice versa) for a good consruction which gives enough rooms.Need to construct 3 bed rooms , 1 dining hall +kitchen , a children bed room, and a hall .Standard room size  16X14 , hall size: 25X18
