One possible reason is that concrete did not flow around the conduit causing a honey-comb through which water has started leaking.
Conduit should have a minimum cover of 50 mm and its diameter should not exceed 1/3 of slab thickness.

For The Leakage through Electrical points and conduits kindly check the storage of rain water on terrace, if slope of terrace is proper , check rain water outlets..and clean. also check the joints of RCC slab and brick wall,where Electrical bands are provided...Please Insure Good quality of Elect.Conduit fittings J-box,fan box ,bands etc.with Good workmanship...... | |
