|  Topic: Regarding roof beam
Dear Sir,Thanks for your Prompt Reply and valuable suggestion. As I mentioned earlier, My pillar is not coming in front of each other. So I am very confused how should I Go for roof Beam.
If I will go to connect beam pillar to pillar, My beam Will be not straight. I have to one side pillar and other side 10 inch wall. refer first image. is it possible ?
Or in other Scenario I can use beam pillar to Pillar but it will not be straight. Please refer 2nd picture that is attached.
Please suggest on above.
second question : My area is 27 feet long and 13 feet wide. How many roof beam required in which style.
I would like to inform you one thing tat , I can extend this area maximum up to first floor not more than that.Requesting you to please guide my which is best for me. Thanks in advance both of you.

In my view it is better if you consult any structural engineer or civil engineer of your town or city. who will make suggestion after visiting the site.
More ever lay beam on pillars length wise first than lay the cross beam straight. 2nos beam is required.

Join date: May 2014 | Only Labour is 10 Rs./Sq.ft.
With material will cost you around 150-200/Sq.ft. Depending upon the TMt and number of beams used.

The cost of RCC slab including shuttering, labor, MS steel bars and cement, sand, bazri for 4'' thickness is Rs 120-00 to 130-00 per sq. feet.
