 Topic: Renovation of old house
We have a Housing Board Duplex House in a plot of 32ft*62ft.Plot is of trapezium size having adjacent house having common wall in the both the side.we want to renovate the house without destroying the old construction.Please guide us.

Join date: Jun 2012		My suggestion would be to get advice from a local structural engineer, that is familiar with your building codes.

It is better to understand and advice if you upload the structural drawing and floor plans. It really helps users to advice you whether the existing structure is strong enough to hold additional floors.
