 Topic: Right price or not .. Kindly advise
Hi there,

I am new to construction and I need your advise whether i am paying the  right price or not. Near to Hyderabad and its district headquarter place, i am planning to  build of 4 stories office building
size of each floor 2200 sqft only plan halls with lift provision.

Builder has quoted me Rs750 sqft with covering  following below thing

4inches roof slab, 12 nos pillar size of 14x9, flooring veritifed tiles, 18 inches rolling shutter,
 each floor with 2 bathroom  ( normal cermic tiles )and 2 coats of emulsion paint

 Kindly advise its right price or not. Appreciate your advise.

        The price of construction depends upon the specification used and the drawing which is followed but in general the price stated by you is seems to be resonable.
